Effective augustus 11, all non-residents must arrive with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure or proof of a pending test result from a test taken within 72 hours prior to departure. Non-residents should upload negative result into the online Alaska Travel Portal. If tested 72 hours before departure and awaiting results, travelers will need to upload proof of test taken and quarantine while waiting. If a non-resident arrives without a pre-test, testing is available for $250 per test. The traveler will be required to quarantine while waiting on results. For residents of Alaska, testing remains available at no cost and a 14-day quarantine option is available in lieu of testing.

Passengers traveling to Hawaii must register with the State by setting up an account on the Safe Travels Hawaii website, opens in a new window. In addition to setting up an account for each person who will be traveling, each passenger must also:
- take an NAAT COVID test from a State of Hawaii Trusted Partner, opens in a new window no more than 72 hours before flight departure time. If you have a multi-city flight itinerary, the departure time is from the last city you leave before arriving at a Hawaii airport. Upon receipt of your test result, each person should upload their test result via the account established at the Safe Travels Hawaii website; and,
- complete the mandatory State of Hawaii Safe Travels health form 24 hours prior to departure and obtain a QR Code from the State. This form can be accessed on the main page of your Safe Travels account by clicking on the Health Questionnaire icon.
To avoid a strictly enforced 14-day quarantine, visitors to Hawaii must have taken an NAAT COVID test from a State of Hawaii Trusted Partner within 72 hours prior to arrival in Hawaii and have a negative test result. There is not an option to obtain a test upon arrival.
Once completed, you will receive an email from the State that contains a QR Code. You will be required to show this QR Code to enter the Screening Area.

There are no state-wide restrictions for Illinois; however, passengers traveling to the City of Chicago may be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine in a home or hotel room or be required to get a pre-departure COVID test. Chicago designates states as Red, Orange, or Yellow based on the state’s level of community-wide spread of COVID-19.
- Passengers traveling from a state on the Red list must quarantine for a 14-day period or the duration of their time in Chicago, whichever is shorter.
- Passengers traveling from a state on the Orange list is directed to obtain a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Chicago or quarantine for a 14-day period (or the duration of their time in Chicago, whichever is shorter).
- Passengers traveling from a state on the Yellow list are not subject to a quarantine or required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test.

Out-of-state travelers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine, but may shorten the duration of quarantine with testing. Passengers will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 3 days of arriving in New York and then will be required to quarantine for at least 3 days upon arrival and take a second COVID-19 test on the fourth day. Passengers traveling to Canada:
- may be subject to federal, provincial or territorial measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19;
- foreign nationals may be prohibited from entering Canada under the Quarantine Act;
- may be liable for a monetary penalty if they provide false or misleading information in response to the health check and additional questions;
- may be refused boarding if:
- they exhibit a fever and a cough or a fever and breathing difficulties, unless they provide a medical certificate certifying that their symptoms are not related to COVID- 19;
- they have, or suspect they have, COVID-19; or
- they have been refused boarding in the previous 14 days for a medical reason related to COVID-19;
- should not provide answers that they know to be false or misleading during the health check and additional questions;
- may be refused boarding of an aircraft for a flight to Canada for a period of 14 days if the temperature screening conducted under section 12 indicates that they have an elevated temperature, unless they provide a medical certificate certifying that their elevated temperature is not related to COVID-19; and
- must be in possession of a face mask prior to boarding, wear the mask at all times during boarding, the flight, and in the terminal, and comply with any gate agent or crew instructions regarding face mask usage.
Passengers are required to read the Minimizing the Risk of Exposure to COVID-19 in Canada, opens in a new window order and to confirm that they are permitted to enter Canada prior to boarding. Canada has extended entry restrictions for most foreign passengers. until at least november 30. Nationals and permanent residents are permitted to enter, along with other exceptions. If a passenger does not meet criteria for an exception, but is admitted, the passenger will need to quarantine for 14 days.
As of november 21, 2020, passengers will be required to submit their information electronically through the ArriveCAN mobile app or by signing in online prior to boarding. This information includes travel and contact information, quarantine plan (unless exempt, opens in a new window), and COVID-19 symptom self-assessment. Passengers who fail to do so may be subject to fines. Exceptions will be made for those unable to submit documents electronically due to personal circumstances, such as disability or inadequate infrastructure.

All passengers traveling to Antigua and Barbuda are required to complete the Electronic Passenger Registration Form and Health Screening Form prior to departure.
Starting juli 5, passengers must complete a COVID RT-PCR test within 7 days prior to departure for and provide negative test results upon arrival. This includes transiting passengers. Travelers will be subject to health screening, which may include COVID testing, upon arrival. All arriving passengers will be monitored for COVID-19 for periods of up to 14 days in accordance with the directions of the Quarantine Authority and the Quarantine (COVID-19) Guidelines. Visitors may be required to undergo testing for COVID-19 at the hotel or place of lodging as determined by the Health Authorities. The test takes 15 minutes and results will be issued in approximately 48 hours but can take as long as 96 hours. Travelers will be alerted of their results by health officials. Whilst travelers await results, they do need to limit their movements, as instructed by the Quarantine Authority.

All passengers traveling to Aruba are required to complete online the mandatory Health Assessment, opens in a new window, within 72 hours prior to departure to Aruba. Based on the answers to the questions, a passenger will receive an email (typically within 15 minutes) stating whether he/she has qualified to travel. Travelers approved for travel will receive an ED card and must present the approval card during check-in and/or boarding.
Travelers 15 years of age or older must take a PCR Molecular COVID -19 test. There are two testing options: test prior to travel or test upon arrival. Testing undertaken prior to travel needs to be done between 12 to 72 hours prior to departure. Test results must be uploaded as part of the Health Assessment application, opens in a new window at least 12 hours and at most 72 hours prior to departure. Travelers will not be able to upload test results after the 12-hour pre-flight departure deadline.
Travelers electing to take a PCR Molecular COVID-19 test on-arrival must quarantine at their place of stay until results are received. Passengers are also responsible for the cost of the test ($75). All passengers will be subject to a health screening upon arrival.
Health insurance must be purchased prior to departure. The Aruba Visitors Insurance, opens in a new window is a mandatory insurance that helps protect visitors against incurred medical and non-medical expenses if testing positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Aruba.

Visitors of The Bahamas are required to apply for a Bahamas Health Visa, opens in a new window and provide a COVID RT-PCR test negative result issued less than 5 days prior to arrival. Passengers arriving to The Bahamas through november 06, 2020 will be permitted with a negative COVID RT-PCR test result issued less than 7 days prior to arrival. Passengers must present the approved Bahamas Health Visa, opens in a new window and negative COVID test result at check-in and upon arrival (children under 10 exempt). The name and address of the lab, where the test was performed, must be clearly displayed on the test result. Health Visa applications can take up to 72 hours so please allow adequate lead time. Travelers will be subject to health screening, including COVID testing, upon arrival. Additionally, passengers must take a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test on Day 5 of the visit (unless departing on Day 5). Fees for this test as well as mandatory health insurance will range from $40 - $60 (children under 10 free).
Starting november 14, 2020, all visitors will be required to opt-in to mandatory COVID-19 Insurance when applying for their Health Travel Visa. The insurance will cover travelers for the duration of their stay in The Bahamas.
Beginning november 1, 2020, The Bahamas will remove the mandatory “Vacation in Place” requirement for all visitors, returning citizens and residents thereby, enabling everyone to move about and explore the Bahamas beyond the confines of their hotel or other accommodations. For the duration of the visit, passengers need to complete a daily online health questionnaire for symptom tracking purposes.

When departing Panama, passengers must complete another electronic or physical Health Affidavit form.
Passengers are required to provide a negative COVID PCR test result or antigen test result upon arrival. The test result must be from a test taken within 48 hours before arrival to Panama. The test result must be in Spanish or English. Passengers who arrive without a test result that satisfies this requirement will be subject to a rapid COVID test upon arrival at their own expense ($50). These test results must be submitted as part of the Pre-Arrival Travel Registration Form application.
All passengers will be required to provide evidence of their PCR COVID-19 negative test result and copy of their registration form upon arrival. Please print and travel with copies of both of these documents. Visitors without evidence of their negative PCR COVID-19 test result will be denied entry.
Health screening will also be conducted on all passengers upon arrival. The screening will include checking temperature, observation of symptoms, if any, as well as an interview by a health officer. Symptomatic passengers will be immediately isolated and re-tested. If this test result is positive for COVID-19, the passenger will be transferred to hospital for treatment and care at their cost.

Once completed, passengers wishing to travel will receive notification if they are certified to travel. All passengers must complete the following forms through the digital process outlined by the Israeli Ministry of Health.
After completing the forms, the passenger will receive an email that they must show prior to boarding their flight. Any passenger who has not completed the digital process above will be refused boarding.
Instructions for completing the forms:
1) Complete the personal identification details form (mandatory requirement for all passengers arriving to or departing from Israel);
2) Complete the passenger locator form (mandatory requirement only for non-Israeli passengers applying for entry into Israel); and
3) Digitally sign a health status statement (mandatory requirement for all passengers arriving to or departing from Israel).
The above forms must be completed electronically within 24 hours of departure.

The following regulations implemented by Israel will apply:
Passengers will be subject to non-invasive temperature checks prior to boarding flights to Israel. A passenger whose temperature is 38 Celsius/ 100,4 Fahrenheit or above will be entitled to a second check. If the passenger is found to have a temperature above 38 Celsius/ 100,4 Fahrenheit on the second check, the passenger will not be permitted to board.
Passengers must certify their health status (pursuant to Delta’s Health Acknowledgment during check-in), including confirming they are not sick, are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, and have had no exposure to a person with COVID-19 in the prior 14 days. Those traveling with minors must make this certification on behalf of the minor child.
While in the passenger terminal, passengers must wear an identifying tag confirming permissible entry into the terminal (TLV only), wear a face mask, maintain physical distance of at least six feet (two meters) from others, and notify health officials immediately if they experience the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms.
Passengers must wear a face mask during boarding and in flight. Permitted face masks are limited to:
- A commercial task-specific mask (medical or surgical)
- A reusable cloth mask
- A make-shift mask made of any available cloth and string that covers the mouth and the nose (this type of mask is less ideal)
- A N95-type mask (or similar) is suitable for use but not required
- A mask with a valve is forbidden
The regulations do not expressly allow for other types of face coverings, such as bandanas, scarves, or buffs. Delta will offer complimentary disposable surgical masks to passengers who need one in order to comply.
Passengers must also physically distance during the flight and should remain at least 6 feet (2 meters) apart when moving about the cabin. Passengers who experience the onset of any symptoms during the flight must immediately inform a crew member.
Public health regulations will apply upon arrival, and passengers must wear masks and physically distance from others.

Passengers violating these rules may be subject to an administrative fine of 500-5.000 NIS (approx. US$147 to $1.470) from the Israeli government, in addition to refused boarding.

Passengers who are not Cambodian passport holders traveling to Cambodia are required to have a printed negative COVID test (rapid test not accepted) issued at most 72 hours before initial departure; COVID test has to be stamped and signed by the doctor/hospital from which it was issued. Non-Cambodian passport holders are required to deposit $2.000 at a designated bank on arrival to cover potential treatment services; passengers must also purchase a travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of $50.000 or purchase a policy from the Forte Insurance Company, opens in a new window (some exceptions apply). Non-Thai nationals must complete pre-departure COVID testing, obtaining a medical certificate with a negative COVID RT-PCR test result in English issued at most 72 hours prior to the flight with Thailand as the destination. Non-Thai nationals must have an insurance to with a minimum coverage of US $100.000 with effective dates covering the entire duration of the stay in Thailand. On arrival, passengers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine which may be at a government-designated facility at their own expense; passengers who wish to be quarantine in a state approved hotel, opens in a new window must have proof of reservation. Passengers traveling to Vietnam must complete the health declaration form, opens in a new window prior to travel. Foreign passengers traveling on business are required to have medical insurance or a guarantee of medical coverage from the hosting company, and a medical certificate with a negative RT-PCR test result issued within 3 to 5 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, passengers will undergo medical screening and a mandatory 14-day quarantine at government-designated facilities. Quarantine will be at the passenger‘s expense and in limited instances quarantine may extend beyond 14 days.
