This course provides comprehensive selection processes for assessment and selection for hiring, and it can be custom-designed to align with your company's culture and objectives. Core competencies are developed to match the job description. The process consists of personality and cognitive assessments, a work simulation based on real work scenarios, and in-depth interviews. Road Warrior Training

Road Warrior Training is designed for the frequent business traveler or anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the air travel experience. This course covers a wide variety of topics and important emergency procedures. Experience a “behind the scenes” look at our state-of-the-art facilities for a full day of hands-on, interactive learning. Receive information on emergency exit door and window operation and aircraft decompression. And enjoy several opportunities to ride in Delta’s motion-based cabin evacuation simulator, experience a smoke-filled cabin and participate in a waterditching exercise.
