Algemene voorwaarden
Delta Edge program benefits (including Operational Performance Commitment, SkyPartner Performance+ and Corporate Priority) are available to select accounts that have US point of sale discounts as part of their corporate sales agreement and an assigned US account manager. Some benefits like Corporate Priority are only eligible on flights that are both Delta marketed and operated.
1Priority Boarding:
Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta at the time of ticketing and travel and who have a valid SkyMiles number recorded in their reservation at the time of check-in are entitled to receive Zone 1 Priority Boarding on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Delta does not offer Priority Boarding on Delta Shuttle® flights. Only flights that are booked using the employer’s Corporate Ticket Designator are eligible. If the customer is eligible to receive a higher boarding priority based on his or her ticket class or SkyMiles Medallion status, he or she will receive the higher priority. Please allow one week between SkyMiles enrollment and processing of the Priority Boarding benefit. Alle regels van het SkyMiles-programma zijn van toepassing. For details, visit delta.com/memberguide.
2Complimentary Upgrades:
To be eligible for the Corporate Upgrade benefit, Corporate Travelers must be SkyMiles Medallion members and traveling on a ticket that includes their employer’s eligible Corporate Ticket Designator. When certain conditions are met, customers traveling on Corporate Ticket Designators will receive priority over similarly situated customers not traveling on Corporate Ticket Designators when standing by for a Medallion Complimentary Upgrade. Full details and terms for Complimentary Upgrades can be found at delta.com/complimentaryupgrades. Benefit subject to change at any time without notice.
3Priority Standby:
To be eligible for the Priority Standby benefit, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and reflect the company’s unique identifier, known as a Corporate Ticket Designator. Tickets purchased through any other ticketing source will not qualify. Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when waiting for a seat assignment on the Airport Standby List. Factors impacting placement on Airport Standby List may include but are not limited to ticket value, frequent flyer status, and check-in time. This benefit does not guarantee receiving a seat assignment or placement at or near the top of the standby list. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential. Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion. Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations.
4Preferred Seats:
Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta are eligible to receive complimentary Preferred Seating on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Preferred Seating may be selected by the customer any time after ticketing. Only flights that are booked using the employer’s Corporate Ticket Designator are eligible, and tickets booked in Basic Economy (E) are not eligible for this benefit. Eligibility may vary by fare class; contact your Corporate Travel Manager for more details and eligible fare classes. Preferred Seating is subject to availability. All Preferred Seats terms and conditions apply and are available at delta.comopens in a new window.
5Edge Points:
All Edge Points Program Rules apply and can be requested from your Delta Sales Account Executive.
