  • What are Trip Extras?

    Trip Extras are products you may elect to purchase to enhance your flight experience.

  • Are Trip Extras Available on all Delta Flights? 

    Trip Extras are currently limited to select domestic Delta markets in the U.S, Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Where can I buy Trip Extras?

    Currently you may purchase Trip Extras via self service channels, such as delta.com, My Trips, online check in and Delta kiosks. Future plans will include the ability to purchase Trip Extras through our reservations sale office and at our airport ticket counters.

  • What are the terms and conditions for Trip Extras?

    Please read the terms and conditions for each Trip Extra as terms and conditions will vary per product. All Trip Extras are nonrefundable and are valid only towards the flight for which they were purchased, with the exception of the Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass which is not flight specific.

  • What If I Purchase A Trip Extra Product And My Flight Is Involuntarily Cancelled Or Significantly Delayed And I Decide Not To Travel?

    Your Trip Extras will be transferred to your new flights when possible. These are Delta Trip Extras and may not be applicable on flights operated by a partner airline.

    However, if you were unable to use your Trip Extra due to an involuntary flight change, you may request a refund for Trip Extras by completing the Applying for a Refund Form. Please allow 7 business days for processing.

    If your purchase included a Delta North America Wi-Fi Pass, it may be used on your next flight within 1 year from date of purchase or you may request a refund by contacting Gogo® Customer Care at 1.877.350.0038 or by email at customercare@gogoair.com.

  • What Happens If I Purchase Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass And I Am Not Able To Use It?

    Your North American Wi-Fi pass will still be valid on future Delta flights. You may retrieve the pass next time you are on a Delta flight by following the instructions on your confirmation email.

  • How Will I Be Notified That I Purchased The Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass? 

    You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase as well as an email with instructions on how to retrieve your Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass in-flight.

  • What If I Was Only Able To Use My Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass On A Portion Of My Trip?

    We encourage you to check Wi-Fi availability on your flights during the booking of your flight and before buying a Delta North America Wi-Fi Day Pass or by visiting My Trips on delta.com. In the event that a flight advertised with Wi-Fi service did not offer Wi-Fi service please contact Gogo by using the Gogo Live Help feature on gogoair.com.

  • When Will Mileage Booster ™ Miles Get Posted To My Skymiles Account?

    Upon completion of your Delta-marketed flight, both the Mileage Booster purchased (1.000, 2.000 or 3,000 miles) and miles earned per segment will be posted to your SkyMiles account within 24 hours.

  • Do Mileage Booster ™ Miles Count Towards Mqms?

    Mileage Booster miles do not count toward MQM’s.

  • Are Mileage Booster ™ Miles Considered Bonus Miles?

    Mileage Booster miles are not bonus miles. Mileage Booster miles help you boost your mileage balance.
