Cargo Booking
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about cargo online booking. If your question or comment has not been addressed, please feel free to contact us at 800-DL-CARGO (800-352-2746).

Yes, the home link at the top of the page will take you back to delta.com.

When using the date range fields, you can only check shipments in the system within a date range that is 30 days from the current date.

Currently, we only allow shipments to be booked to areas that are served by Delta Air Lines. Flights on The Delta Connection carriers are not available for online booking at this time.

You must now log in to access the booking tool and multiple shipment status history. The only functionality that exists on deltacargo.com is shipment status which you still do not have to log in to use.

Once you log in, you are in a secure environment. You cannot use the browser back button for security reasons.

Login ID's and passwords are case-sensitive and can be no longer than six alpha and/or numeric characters.

Please note the following if you're getting an error message:
- The number you've entered is 8 numeric characters.
- The 006 prefix in front of the air waybill number cannot be changed.

I entered a commodity type, but when I went to change the booking, it does not appear on the screen?
The commodity type has been stored in our system and will be available on the AWB at the time your shipment is tendered.

Any special instructions, pertinent for the movement of the shipment.

The online booking agent can only handle shipments that have 9 or fewer different dimensions. If you have greater than 9 different dimensions for your total shipment, you will need to contact Delta Cargo at 800-DL-CARGO (800-352-2746).

Any updates you make to the information you enter into your Job Profile, including changes to your résumé, can be saved by clicking Submit on that page. If you do not click Submit before logging out of your Job Profile, the changes will not being added to your Job Profile.

From the Search Jobs page, click myJobAgent and click Edit next to the relevant JobAgent. Once you have made the desired changes, click Confirm. Click Cancel if you decide not to make any changes. To delete a JobAgent, click Delete next to the relevant JobAgent.

Click Search Jobs on the left navigation, and then click Login. Scroll down to the Forgot Your Password? header, complete the mandatory email address field and click Submit. Your password will be mailed to your email address.
