BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS

The following restrictions apply to travel to/from the destinations listed below:

Boxes are accepted as checked baggage to/from Central or South America ONLY if they are in the original, factory-sealed box.

Regional Jet Service — No excess baggage (weight, size, or piece) will be accepted on Delta Connection® or other regional jet flights to/from cities in Mexico.

Plastic Wrapped Checked Luggage Restriction — Tampa, Florida - Effective Monday augustus 19 2019, Tampa, Florida (TPA) airport authority will no longer accept any plastic wrapped checked luggage. Please remove plastic wrapping before checking a bag.

Embargo Dates — Excess baggage pieces will not be accepted on flights to the following destination(s) during these specified dates:

Unless otherwise noted, Delta will accept up to two (2) checked pieces per customer during embargo periods listed below.  Standard baggage fees apply.

Passengers are allowed to check two excess bags at the applicable rate during non-embargo time periods on a standby basis if traveling to:

• Bogotá, Colombia (BOG)
• San Salvador, El Salvador (SAL)
