and freshest examples of their region’s cuisine.
On flights from New York to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle enjoy cuisine created by chefs from Union Square Hospitality Group.
Atlanta-based Linton Hopkins dishes up menus inspired by artisan foods of the American South on flights from Atlanta to Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Munich, Paris, Rome or Stuttgart. Look for Carolina Gold rice and grits, local charcuterie and pork, mountain trout and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
On flights from Los Angeles to Amsterdam, Boston, New York - JFK, Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo – HND and Washington D.C – DCA enjoy culinary creations by Los Angeles- based chef partners, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo. Each dish features farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients from some of L.A.’s most beloved farmers and purveyors.
On flights from China and Japan, enjoy menus created by Chef Jereme Leung and Chef Norio Ueno. Each menu features authentic regional dishes with high quality ingredients and a seasonal flair.

On flights to and from China and Japan, enjoy menus created by Chef Jereme Leung (China) and Chef Norio Ueno (Japan). Each menu features authentic regional dishes with high quality ingredients and a seasonal flair.
You’ll find seasonal flavors and regional touches woven into every detail of the menu providing a taste of local culinary favorites. Look for the Brazilian moqueca, from the State of Bahia, where it is said to have been created three centuries ago. Its flavors reflect part of the region's culinary legacy.

Andrea Robinson, one of only 33 female Master Sommeliers in the world, has been the brains behind Delta’s wine selections since 2007. She is a three-time James Beard Award winner and former Dean of the French Culinary Institute. Andrea expertly matched wine pairings to bring out the depth of flavor and richness of each course.
Using her vast knowledge and unparalleled palate, Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson has selected a host of fine wines for Delta One and Delta Sky Clubs. Andrea tests every wine in-flight to make sure they taste just as good onboard at 30,000 feet in the air as they do on the ground. Enjoy the distinct personality of her selection when you fly intercontinental and transcontinental Delta One.
FOOD AND DRINKS
From our signature Biscoff® cookies to special-order meals, we're refreshing onboard refreshments with the foods and drinks you love.
Delta’s International Main Cabin customers will now be treated to an elevated dining experience for international flights of 6,5 hours or more. Beginning with complimentary cocktails to say “Welcome Aboard,” you’ll experience a bistro-style meal service, complete with custom-designed dinnerware and upgraded cutlery. A printed menu will showcase options of upgraded appetizers and entrees to mix and match. You’ll be treated to larger entrees that feature new recipes inspired by beloved Delta One dishes. For an after-dinner treat, a separate dessert service is provided along with a choice of coffee, tea, wine or water on all long-haul international flights.(2) During descent, farewell chocolates are provided as a token of gratitude from our flight crew.
Enjoy complimentary snacks on every flight over 250 miles. Plus, your choice of Starbucks® coffee, hot tea, a selection of Coca-Cola® products*, juices or water. Make your selection, sit back, snack and feel refreshed.
*Coca-Cola products and alcoholic beverages may not be served on flights less than 350 miles.

These special meals are available in First Class, Delta One and all economy class flights where complimentary meal service is offered. We’re taking the customer experience in our premium cabins to a whole new level of elegance with our new, exclusive collection of Alessi-designed serviceware. Each piece was designed to be both beautiful and functional to pair perfectly with the industry-leading culinary creations we serve on board.
