It is simple to cancel or change your flight on delta.com in just a few easy steps.
For travel impacted by coronavirus, we are broadly waiving change fees, including any flights purchased before april 17, 2020, departing maart 2020 through maart 2021 and all tickets purchased maart 1 through december 31, 2020. Learn more and see if your flight is eligible, opens in a new window.

Stap 1: Vind uw bevestigingsnummer
U kunt het bevestigingsnummer van uw oorspronkelijke boeking gebruiken om naar uw reis te zoeken op delta.com.
In uw Postvak IN
Zoek naar ‘Uw vluchtbewijs’ en vind de e-mail voor de reis die u wilt wijzigen of annuleren.
U vindt uw bevestigingsnummer in het bovenste gedeelte van de e-mail, net onder het Delta-logo en uw naam.
Stap 2: Vind uw reis
Go to My Trips, opens in a new window and locate your trip using your name and confirmation number, credit/debit card number, or ticket number from your Flight Receipt email.
Step 3: Modify Your Flight
Once you have located your trip, on the Trip Details page, click the "Modify Flight" button. Select whether you would like to start a flight change or flight cancellation. From there you will be taken step-by-step through options for changing or canceling your flights. Rest assured, no changes or cancelations will be final until confirmation. Change fees will be waived for eligible tickets.
Step 4: Begin the Flight Change or Cancellation Process.

Once you have selected “Start Flight Change,” you can choose the flights you would like to change and view new flight options. The value of the original flight will be applied to the cost of the new ticket. You will see this credit reflected in the final price before you complete the change and view your confirmation.
If your new flight’s cost is less than your original flight’s cost, the difference will be issued to you as a Delta eCredit.

Once you have selected “Start Flight Cancellation,” you will be taken through the cancellation process. Before the cancellation is final, you will have the opportunity to check your flight details and confirm that you would like to cancel.
You will be issued a refund as either a Delta eCredit or to the original form of payment depending on your ticket type and circumstances of cancellation. In some situations you will be issued an eTicket.
