“My Delta journey started back in 2007 while I was working as a contract Recruiter for one of Delta’s partners. I focused on hiring Flight Attendants, Ticket Agents, and Baggage Handlers and frequently traveled to many of Delta’s hubs, making me feel like a Delta employee from day one. I officially transitioned to a full-time Delta employee in 2021.

Over the years, my career progression with Delta has brought about significant change and opportunity. I moved to New York City to manage our employment office, overseeing frontline hiring for the LGA and JFK hubs. I’ve also recruited for frontline and corporate roles across many divisions like Airport Customer Service, Global Clean Services, Cargo, In-Flight Service, and Pilots. Learning about the many parts of our operation and working alongside the talented and passionate people of Delta has allowed me to be a more well-rounded champion of the Delta employer brand.

I’m fortunate to get to interact with our candidates. I enjoy every aspect of it - getting to know them initially, helping them prep interviews and extending job offers. Bringing it full circle, I love checking in with employees a few weeks, months, and years into their Delta career and hearing about their successes and how their Delta journey has changed their life.

"My career with Delta began in 2010 through a referral, and I was lucky enough to join a team of exceptional leaders and peers. I started as a Senior Test Engineer, where I led multiple teams. Over time, I began to take on an increased level of responsibility. I was promoted to IT Manager and now hold the role of General Manager. "As someone born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always been a fan of my hometown airline. As I was thinking about my career and where I wanted to invest my time, share my knowledge, and advance my skills, very few companies came to mind, but Delta was at the top of my list. Delta leads the way in technology within the Aviation industry; I was very motivated to join the team. 

My job involves helping to manage human risk through awareness and education. I enable Delta employees to be a champion in protecting our company from cyber risk through training and support. "My career with Delta began six months ago, but my journey started well before then. My mom is a Delta employee and my inspiration for pursuing this opportunity. After submitting several applications, I came across the Senior Scheduling Analyst role on LinkedIn and immediately jumped on it. A few weeks later, I officially started my Delta career.
