Some other festivals to note are Strong Beer Season in April — perfect for the beer enthusiast; the founder’s festival — celebrating Munich’s birthday in June; the Munich Film Festival in July with international films and world premieres; and the Christmas Market — full of original, beautifully handcrafted items from the area’s talented artists.
